Luisa Grigoletto is a freelance arts writer, whose main focuses are photography and public policies concerning arts and culture.
Within these fields she has explored a variety of themes, such as the challenges connected with starting a photography museum in Rome, alternative forms of photojournalism, image dissemination on the Internet, and the effects of organized crime on the contemporary art market. Her writing has helped introduce talented, yet often under-represented, Italian photographers to a broader English-speaking audience, through such high-profile publications as Frieze Magazine and AfterImage.
