Piotr Sikora, born in 1986, graduated in Art History at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, studied at Università degli Studi di Pavia in Italy. He is critic and author of texts for exhibition catalogues, member of the Polish Section of AICA and from 2013 until 2015 he has been curating ShowOFF Section at Photomonth in Krakow; he worked as a program director at the Małopolska Garden of Arts and as collaborator at the 6th and 7th edition of Art Boom Festival of Visual Arts in Krakow. Sikora organised video art screenings, among others “Riding the Wave” in London, and curated “The Czech Pope” at MeetFactory in Prague. He was a winner of scholarship of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage.
