Sonja Jankov (1985) is independent curator (with state exam from 2015) who is also active as artist. In her practice, she uses art media (in-situ and/or site-specific installations, photographs, sketches) as much as theoretic writing to present researched issues. Jankov is part of the Future Architecture Platform since 2016 and author of exhibitions and projects GIF and Cities, Post-Archive of Contemporary Art, SPENS and Socialist Sport Halls Today, GIF and Public Urban Spaces. She exhibited at the Biennale of Young Artists in Milan (2015) and authored numerous texts for exhibition catalogues, papers, reviews and critiques.
